When purchasing jewelry at chigantsewa.com, rest assured that you are acquiring a quality product. The warranty period for jewelry is 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty period is indicated on the receipt that will be sent to your email in electronic form.

Warranty Service Terms:

• To perform warranty repairs, the buyer must have a sales receipt with the date of purchase.
• Warranty repair does not apply to products with mechanical damage, traces of contact with alkaline cleaning agents, substances containing chlorine and iodine, creams and ointments containing mercury and its compounds.
• The warranty period should not be exceeded for the product.
• Items sent for warranty service undergo examination to confirm manufacturing defects. Product examination is conducted upon the arrival of the jewelry with accompanying documents to our warehouse.
• To initiate a return or exchange of subpar quality product, follow these 3 steps:

• Complete the examination documents that will be sent to you via email after communicating with our manager and return them to us for verification at contact@chigantsewa.com
• Send the item with completed documents through a New Post branch specified in the return request.
• Examination Term and Process:
• After receiving your return at our warehouse, we examine it within 3 business days to ensure compliance with all specified rules and then send the jewelry for examination, which usually takes up to 14 days.
• Upon receiving the expert’s conclusion, the funds will be transferred to the bank card specified in the “Return Request.”
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns in certain cases:
• If the “Return Request” and “receipt” with the stated reasons for the return are missing;
• There are mechanical or other damages resulting from intentional or careless actions of the buyer or third parties.
• In case of warranty, we will exchange the item for a similar one or promptly address any defects.
