We only replace items that are defective or damaged due to our fault, or in case of size replacement. For your convenience, chigantsewa.com features a function to accurately determine the ring size. Simply visit the “Size” section and place a personal ring on your phone screen, aligning it with the circle on the website. The circle on the website and your ring should match. You will then automatically see your size. For European and American countries, a size chart is provided.

Exchange is only applicable to the same product and shipping is at your expense (in case of incorrect self-determination of size). Our policy is customer-oriented, so we’re always ready to assist you. If you need to exchange the item for the same product, send an email to contact@chigantsewa.com, and we will provide you with an exchange request form and the shipping address specified in the exchange request.

Refunds or Exchanges

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and may take up to 10 business days to be processed. Exchanges will be shipped out to you as soon as possible

What materials do you use in your product?

We use ceramics, clay with partial polyvinyl chloride content, gemstones, silver, minerals and other rare materials to handcraft our jewelry. These materials are carefully selected by our team.

What is the delivery time?

Depends on the recipient's location. Please read the information in the section "Delivery".

How long will it take to produce the jewelry?

It will take up to 20 days to produce a piece of jewelry based on an existing Chigantsewa sketch. If you need more time to make a piece of jewelry, our manager will contact you to agree on the time from the moment of ordering. Individual orders are discussed separately.

Where and how are your jewelry made?

Chigantsewa jewelry is handmade by me in my workshop. Each of my pieces contains ceramics and a unique stone/mineral.

No – even tho they may look massive, their weight is insignificant and does not cause any discomfort.

Our products are not affected by water, but we recommend minimizing water contact.

How long do the products maintain their appearance?

Minerals do not deteriorate over time. Ceramics have an unlimited service life. Chigantsewa is not responsible for mechanical damage and in case of interaction with alkaline cleaning agents, substances containing chlorine and iodine, creams, and ointments containing mercury and its compounds.
